Terms and Conditions


These conditions apply to your membership with Honours Association Extensus. By signing up as a member of Extensus you confirm that you understand and agree with these terms and conditions. The association reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.


Participants and alumni of the Honours Programme at either AUC, UvA or VU are allowed to register for Extensus membership.

Your membership is personal and not transferable.


Membership is valid until deregistration. Deregistration is possible until the start of the next academic year, i.e. September 1st, and is achieved by sending an email to secretary@extensus.org. If deregistration occurs after this date, the membership will be terminated the year after and membership fee will be required for another year. Please note that deregistration is not completed until a confirmation e-mail is received.


An annual fee of 12 Euro is required for membership. There are no refunds.

Payments are to be made either through an automated subscription or through an annually repeated online bank deposit. When transferring the payment, include your full name in the payment details. The fee will be collected in December.

When a member that has not paid contribution yet visits an event, he or she is obliged to pay the contribution for that year, even when he or she unsubscribes after this event.

These terms and conditions are effective for all members registering after January 5th, 2016. Terms and conditions applicable for members who signed up before that date can be acquired from the board.
